The Good Food Accelerator is happy to announce a NEW program: The Product Lab!
This dynamic, 6-week program is designed for growers/farmers and aspiring to early-stage entrepreneurs creating value-add products (ex: pickles, soap, baked goods, sauces, honey).
Through our interactive, expert-led sessions, you’ll gain the essential knowledge to get your business and products up-and-running!
Immediately following the program, you will receive 6-weeks of weekly 1:1 coaching from successful, Chicago-based entrepreneurs!

Jamhal Johnson, Owner of Moor's Beer
Jamhal is a graduate of the G2M (Go to Market) program. He is the owner of Moor’s Beer and his product is in over 275 locations throughout Chicago. Moor’s Beer pays homage to the rich untold history of African ancestry and the “Original Craftsmen” that made it happen. Here’s what he had to say about his experience in the program:

Genesis Bencivenga, Co-Founder/CEO of Lorenzo’s Frozen Pudding
Genesis is a graduate of Good Food Accelerator’s G2M (Go to Market) program. Lorenzo’s Frozen Pudding creates a gourmet, locally-sourced frozen pudding with various flavors, including but not limited to the Original Southern-Style Banana Pudding, Hawaiian Pineapple Pudding, and a Strawberry Pudding named Schnooka’s Strawberry Pudding. There are currently 13 flavors available. Here’s what she had to say about her experience in the program:
